We have a flexible return policy which entitles all our members to return the product on the following conditions- When placing an order- As a customer, when you are placing an order, you are given the option to add, subtract and delete the product from the cart. After placing an order- Under the section “My Orders”. Individual products can be cancelled before the order is dispatched. When you have received the order- If any customer is dissatisfied with any product(s) at the time of order delivery due to any reason whatsoever, they are welcome to reject it at the time of delivery. The delivery person will take back the goods for which users dont accept delivery. On such returns, if already paid for, full refund will be applicable within seven days of purchase.  After the delivery- The customer should inform us by calling or whatsapping on customer care number. We accept returns and rejects, and offer full refunds within seven days  from purchase on the following conditions-  Packaged product of companies-If there is any problem with the product(s), contact customer care. We will try to resolve the issue in the best possible way.  If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. A cancellation charge will apply if the order is cancelled or returned in one of the following situation(s) or a combination thereof: the address provided by the user is incomplete/incorrect; the premises are found locked; user is not reachable on the phone and/or does not respond to attempt(s) to contact him/her; and for COD orders, if the customer refuses or is unable to pay the full amount at the time of delivery. The event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by delivery partner  for redelivery shall be claimed from you. In the event that a non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs on account of a man made or natural hazard, which is beyond the control of delivery partner, we shall try to resolve it as soon as possible.
